Senior Sales Director Stephanie Bowen began her career with Mary Kay Cosmetics, Inc in 1992 in Winston-Salem, NC. Her background is in banking and insurance with an International Business degree from the University of Georgia.
Stephanie has reached the top sales position of Star Consultant 69 times in her career.
In 1995, she was promoted to a leadership position in Mary Kay as a Sales Director. Shortly after achieving Director, Stephanie led her team to Fabulous 50's status with over 50 consultants in her organization.
Within the first year her team accomplished the $300,000 Circle of Achievement with over a quarter million in sales. Throughout her career, Stephanie has earned over 10 cars from Mary Kay. Three of them THE Pink Cadillac!
Her proudest honor is being voted Miss Go-Give in November 2001 by her peers for her unselfish giving to teach and train consultants who were not a part of her personal organization.
Personally, Stephanie has been married to her college sweetheart and best friend Mike for 20 years. They have two children, Bria age 16 and Bryce age 14. She loves the flexibility her career has given her to balance it all.
Stephanie's ultimate career goal is to become a National Sales Director and expand her organization into the global market.
